I guess it's about time for me to check out the site. I miss all you guys I had
the pleasure to fly with during most of 68 and all of 69. Being one of the crew
chiefs of the Taipans for almost 19 months is something I'll remember.

Just wanted to inform all that in the early hours of last Tuesday (7 Feb), my
Uncle, Jim Hill (RANHFV 1st Contingent) passed away. He was fairwelled at HMAS
Albatross, with Admirals attending, and a helicopter flypast. A fitting farewell
to a great guy. He was staunchly proud of his service with you guys, and used to
tell me often. He told me more about your adventures after I joined the RAN. You
were wild boys......
Cheers Gents.
